There are a number of options you can use to view details of any card transactions you have accepted.  These include:

Monthly Statement

You will receive a statement at the end of each month from Barclaycard.  This summary statement will highlight details of the total number of transactions processed by day, together with any applicable transaction charges.  The statement will also highlight details of any other fees and charges applied to your account in relation to your transaction processing.  Please note the statement will not include details of any monthly charges relating to your Service Agreement with Paytek Administration Services, First Data Global Leasing or UTP Rentals.

Enhanced Reporting

If you have a physical card machine you have the option of receiving a daily transaction report listing details of all transactions processed during your trading day.  The report will be sent every day at a time to suit your business needs.  There is no charge for the report.  If you you would like to benefit from UTP’s Enhanced Reporting system, please contact us on 0330 99 99 900.

Merchant Management System

If you are using UTP’s virtual card machine or ecommerce solution you will be given access to our Merchant Management System.  The Merchant Management System provides an online portal which will allow you to view details of transactions processed on the virtual card machine or your ecommerce facility throughout the day and provides extensive features to search and recall details of transactions processed in the past.  Please click below for a user guide for the Merchant Management System.

UTP Merchant Management System

Barclaycard Self-Serve

The Barclaycard Self-Serve system is an online portal which provides details of all transactions processed on your account.  To accessed self-serve you will need details contained in the first monthly statement you receive from Barclaycard.  For assistance setting up self-serve please contact UTP on 0330 99 99 900 or access the self-serve portal by clicking below:

Some merchants will have the option to access details of their transaction processing activity via their Barclays Bank Internet Banking portal.  Please contact us on 0330 99 99 900 to see if you are eligible.
